Job Description

We are looking for an internal IT recruitment consultant to manage our full-cycle recruiting processes, recruiting developers, project management and consulting talent. The role responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and implement the employee referral programme. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in direct sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sourcing of candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update job descriptions for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Coach line managers on recruitment process and agree qualification criteria for each position
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview and evaluate candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Build a successful and strong pipeline of future talent
  • Report to hiring managers and HR on the status of open positions
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Implement employee referral program
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role sourcing candidates from within the IT developer, project management and consulting fields (ideally Salesforce candidates)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and cv databases
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation, in particular visa management
  • Solid understanding of the full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phonestructuredgroup)
  • Know how to effectively prioritise your day/week
  • Be a flexible self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
